Fred Steele Joins Raineri

 Fred Steele has joined Raineri Construction as chief estimator. Making the announcement was Anthony Raineri, director of business development for the St. Louis, Mo.-based construction firm.
            In his new position, Steele will estimate pre-construction budgets for selected projects.
            Prior to joining Raineri Construction, Steele operated his own business for nine years. Before that, Steele was an estimator/project manager for Hensley Construction and a project manager for McCarthy Construction.
           Raineri Construction, certified by the St. Louis Airport Authority as a Woman Business Enterprise, was founded in 2003 by Ashley Raineri. The firm focuses on turn-key design/build prime contracting and specialized subcontracting in the multifamily residential, commercial and industrial sectors. It employs more than 30 people.
