“Exhibit A” Architect Art Benefits COCA

The fourth annual "Exhibit A" of art by architects will take place September 9th through the 11th during the St. Louis Art Fair (8101 Maryland, at the corner of Maryland and Brentwood). It will benefit COCA and its Urban Arts Outreach Programs. Urban Arts is a comprehensive program of arts education, performances, workshops, and residencies offered to approximately 3,500 underserved children annually in school and after school, and includes professional development for teachers.

The auction offers original signed drawings and sketches donated by notable (and generous) architects from around the world. Some of the work is produced specifically for the event. Some is a product of current or recent design work. It is all very cool, collectable, and for an exceptional cause. The program is underwritten by Cannon Design, which also display

Visitors are invited to preview the work in Cannon's offices from Tuesday September 6 through Thursday September 8, from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.. A silent auction begins at 5 p.m. on Sep. 9, continuing through the weekend. Final bids must be submitted by Sept. 11 at 4 p.m.
