Environmental Names Bender VP of Construction

James K. Bender has joined St. Louis-based Environmental Operations, Inc. as vice president of construction.

Bender, of Dardenne Prairie, has more than 10 years of construction management experience, having worked with McEagle Properties, Home Depot’s Southeast Region, and PE Construction Services. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri construction management program.

Environmental Operations identifies and resolves environmental issues with integrated environmental and financial expertise, Brownfield incentives and risk assumption tools.
