E.M. Harris Construction Company recently added several new team members, including hiring Anne Suggs as an assistant contract administrator.

Suggs will maintain E.M. Harris' compliance with key program requirements, such as the City of St. Louis' Minority/Women/Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program, the Missouri Housing Development Commission's Section 3 Recipient Regulations and the U.S. Department of Labor's Davis Bacon Act.

"E.M. Harris Construction recognizes the importance of keeping up to date with local and governmental business policies. We feel Anne has the drive and skills to closely monitor the ever-changing regulations impacting our industry," says Kevin Buchek, president of E.M. Harris.

Prior to joining E.M. Harris, Suggs worked as an analyst for Stann Financial. In addition, she brings with her experience working as a program coordinator with the Missouri Coalition for Historic Preservation and Economic Development, where she developed and coordinated grassroots efforts to support the Missouri Historic Tax Credit Program.

She earned a bachelor's degree in both economics and psychology and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Missouri-Columbia. While finishing her undergraduate degree, Anne served as a research assistant for the University of Missouri's Department of Psychological Sciences.
