Durrant Group, Inc. has been named architect and engineer of record for The Streets of St. Charles at Noah’s Ark.
Cullinan Properties, Ltd. is the developer of the "new urban" mixed-use development planned for the former Noah’s Ark restaurant and hotel site just south of I-70 at Fifth Street. The 1,557,600 square foot development will include retail at ground level surrounded by commercial, office, hospitality and residential functions. Diane Curran is the Senior Project Manager for the project.
Durrant is currently wrapping up project delivery services for Tivoli Village at Queensridge—a 1.4 million square foot, 18-building mixed-use development in Las Vegas, Nevada. Many of the project team members from this similar endeavor will be serving on the Noah’s Ark team. Tivoli Village is anticipated to open in early 2009.
