Duke Leases 182,000 SF in Lindbergh Center

Duke Realty Corporation (Duke) announces that it has leased 182,483 square feet in its Lindbergh Distribution Center in Hazelwood, Mo., to Fiserv, Inc., a provider of business critical communications, marketing services, and plastic card production services to various industries. Developed by Duke as a speculative building and opened in late 2007, Lindbergh Distribution Center is now 92 percent occupied with Fiserv’s lease.

Located in Hazelwood, a northwest St. Louis submarket, Lindbergh Distribution Center features 32’ clear height ceilings, dock and drive-in loading, and abundant trailer and car parking. The building is located in an Airport Enhanced Enterprise Zone, which offers tenants the opportunity for tax abatement and other incentives. Fiserv joins Matrix Packaging of Missouri, which occupies 150,000 square feet of space, and Whitney Design, Inc., which leases 152,000 square feet, in Lindbergh Distribution Center. Within Lindbergh Distribution Center, Duke has 43,450 square feet remaining for lease. The location of this property is at the corner of James S. McDonnell Blvd and N. Lindbergh Blvd. Air travelers from Lambert International Airport can easily identify the property from above due to a large Duke logo on the building’s rooftop.

Fiserv was represented by Tripp Hardin, senior vice president of CB Richard Ellis and Phil McCarthy, tenant advisor with Transwestern, while Jon Hinds, vice president of Industrial Leasing, represented Duke in the transaction.
