The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of St. Louis, has awarded Creve Coeur Center The Office Building of the Year (TOBY) award. The 210,650 square-foot building, located on Emerson Road, won the award in the “100,000 – 249,999 square-foot” category.
Colliers Turley Martin Tucker (CTMT), which manages the property, submitted the project for the award. The winning application, prepared by the CTMT team, featured a comprehensive overview of the building and its operation, including a description of the property’s architecture and interior finishes, community impact, tenant relations, energy conservation, environmental and regulatory compliances, emergency preparedness and security, as well as training of the management team.
During the judging process, each application is thoroughly evaluated by a panel of industry professionals. Award criteria include community involvement, site management and environmental policies and procedures.
“We take great pride in all aspects of the property, from exterior and interior design, to landscaping and environmentally friendly practices,” says Will Mura, property manager Creve Coeur Center. “To be recognized by our peers at BOMA with this prestigious award is very gratifying.”
The St. Louis winners next compete on a regional level featuring projects in Denver, Kansas City and Minneapolis.
