C&R Promotes Decker to EVP

 C&R Mechanical Company has promoted Tim Decker to the position of executive vice president. He will be responsible for oversight of all construction activities (sales, pre-construction, and operations).

He is also the design-build representative of the company and serves as the principal on all major Healthcare projects. Tim has extensive experience in many of the company's major market segments, utilizing design-build, design-assist and plan & spec. delivery methods. 

Decker is in his 25th year with C & R Mechanical Company, having joined the firm after graduating from the University of Missouri at Rolla. He has held a number of different positions within the company including design engineer, estimator and project manager and has served in a senior management capacity for over fifteen years.

C & R Mechanical Company, located in Bridgeton, designs and installs mechanical HVAC and process systems for commercial, industrial and healthcare clients; offers preventive maintenance and emergency HVAC service; and, fabricates piping, sheet metal duct and fittings.
