Contegra Completes $2.5 Million Deere Dealership

Contegra Construction Co. has completed a $2.5 million John Deere dealership at 1400 E. Outer Road in Scott City, MO. for Wm. Nobbe and Co., Inc.

Contegra provided complete turnkey design and construction services on the 42,250-square-foot structure being built to meet strong demand for agricultural implements. The building replaces Nobbe's current dealership at 2900 Old Orchard Road in Jackson, Mo.
Nobbe, among the leading agricultural equipment retailers in southwestern Illinois, also operates John Deere dealerships in Steelville, Waterloo and Jerseyville, Ill.
Its new dealership in Scott City features a 18,000-square-foot service center, 9,000 square feet of showroom and office space and a 7,500-square-foot parts department.

Founded in 2003, Contegra Construction is a design/build and construction management firm that serves industrial, health care, retail and office markets in Missouri and Illinois. It has offices in Edwardsville, Ill. and Chesterfield, Mo.
