Contegra Completes $22 Million Warehouse Expansion

Contegra Construction Co. has completed expanding the Westway III distribution center at Gateway Commerce Center in Madison County, IL, from 580,000 to nearly 1.2 million square feet to accommodate tenant Proctor & Gamble. The expansion is enabling the consumer products giant to consolidate its metro St. Louis distribution operations at one location.

Contegra provided complete turnkey construction services on the $22 million project to construct a building that blends 1,138,000 square feet of warehouse with 32-foot clear-height ceilings with 20,000 square feet of office space.
