Construction financing on Centene Corporation’s new headquarters building is now in place. A $186 million construction loan has been approved by a group of banks led by U.S. Bank.
The project is located at Hanley and Forsyth in Clayton. It is scheduled for completion in 2010.
Demolition on the former Library Limited building began in October, officially beginning work on the complex, which will have 460,000 square feet of office space and 28,125 square feet of retail.
The equity partners in the project are Centene, Clayco and The Koman Group.
