CBRE Announces Hires, Promotions

CB Richard Ellis is pleased to announce two promotions and two new hires in its St. Louis office.

Jeromy Ruot has been promoted to senior real estate manager. Ruot has 15 years experience managing high-rise office buildings and is currently responsible for the oversight of Gateway Tower and the 1015 Locust building in downtown St. Louis. Jeromy's interest and commitment to "green" building practices has resulted in him attaining the designation of CBRE "Green Knight" for the area. He is the team leader for assisting the Asset Management team with Energy Star and LEED initiatives.

Liz Schenk has been promoted to Real Estate Manager. Schenk manages a diverse portfolio of suburban and city buildings, and joined the CBRE management team in 2005. Liz is an Associate Member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and is working toward her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation.

Also within the Asset Services division, CBRE is pleased to welcome Lauren Furry as a Real Estate Services Coordinator in St. Louis. Lauren will be located at the Olive Corporate Center where her primary duties are administrative functions and tenant relations. Lauren has a B.A. in Sustainable Architecture from Western State College of Colorado.

In the Project Management division, CBRE's St. Louis office has added Vance Pena as a Project Manager. Vance will assist tenants and landlords with tenant finish, capital improvement and LEED initiative projects. Vance has been working in the St. Louis market in similar capacities for 20 years.
