Capital Consultants Hires Erin Wright

Capital Consultants, Inc., a construction advising firm, has hired Erin Wright as a project manager.

As project manager, Wright will provide reporting and consulting on inspection projects, as well as bring extensive knowledge to reviewing architectural plans and specifications, budgets and other construction related documents."Erin's experience and track record as a creative team member will serve the company well as we move forward in 2010," said Sean King, president of Capital Consultants, Inc.

Wright brings more than six years of experience as an architect to Capital Consultants. She recently served as the vice president of design for Checkmate Design, LLC. Wright's experience includes work on a variety of construction projects, including Coronado Place and the Moolah Building, which features apartments as well as a bowling alley, movie theater and bar.

"We are excited to see the ideas and concepts Erin will bring to our operations. Her enthusiasm and dedication are valuable additions to our company," King added.

Wright earned a bachelor's degree in architecture from Washington University in St. Louis, graduating cum laude. She is a LEED Accredited Professional and is a member of the Forest Park Southeast Infrastructure Committee. She also belongs to the U.S. Green Building Council St. Louis Regional Chapter and the Landmarks Association of St. Louis. Wright recently earned accreditation as a National Association of Home Builders Green Verifier, providing credentials to assess whether homes meet national green building certification.

Established in 1997 , Capital Consultants has grown to provide services in more than 30 states, working with lenders, tax credit investors and developers on range commercial and multi-family housing development projects.
