Cannon Announces Two Hires

Cannon Design announced that Michelle Smith has joined the firm as a mechanical project engineer.

Smith, a resident of Affton, has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri Columbia.

With 20 years of experience, she has worked on a broad range of projects.Her career began at Black and Veatch in Kansas City, followed by a position with the University of Missouri Columbia Facilities Group. She moved to Avanti Technologies and for the past 10 years managed her own practice at Belle Engineering, LLC.

Cannon also announced that Laura Zemann has joined the firm as an administrative assistant. Zemann, a resident of Imperial, MO, comes to Cannon most recently from Mercy Health Plans where she was an administrative project coordinator.
