Bell Electrical Contractors, one of the largest electrical contractors in the St. Louis area, announced that David Banford has been appointed as
president. 
Banford has 26 years of experience in the Electrical Construction Field, including his previous position with two of the larger electrical contractors in the region. Banford was part of growing one company more than 10 fold in 22 years. Previously, he also worked for Ford Motor Co. in St.
Louis, Martin Marietta Aerospace in New Orleans and Seismograph Service Limited in Libya. Banford brings a wealth of relevant industry experience.

building methods." Founded in 1974, Bell is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council and also participates in Ameren UE's Pure Power program at the Leader Level. Through Bell's Power to Save Program, over $220,000 in Ameren Missouri cash incentives has been received by Bell customers.
