Ardie Mansouri Joins Horner & Shifrin

Ardie E. Mansouri, E.I., has joined Horner & Shifrin, Inc., as an engineer in the structural engineering department.

Mansouri holds a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia. His experience includes serving as a project management assistant for a $90 million American Recovery and Reinvestment Act-funded Periodic Inspection of Levees Program, where he developed and maintained processes to monitor the progress of contracts being awarded under the program.

The company is in its 77th year of providing professional engineering services to municipal, state and federal government agencies, industries and institutions.
