Arcturis Designs Two Grace Hill Projects

Grace Hill Health Centers has selected local architectural design firm Arcturis to provide interior renovation, landscape architecture and architectural enhancements for two projects scheduled for completion this year.

At Grace Hill's Murphy-O'Fallon Health Center, at 1717 Biddle Street, Arcturis will redesign the facility to accommodate Radiology and Pediatric Dental departments. The Soulard/Benton facility, located at 2220 Lemp Avenue, will add X-ray and mammography services following renovation work. Both projects are tentatively scheduled for completion in October 2011. In addition, Arcturis will be designing a new facility support center for Grace Hill later this year.

"Grace Hill Health Centers has long been a vital resource for the health and well-being of the St. Louis population," said Lisa Chill, Arcturis project director. "We are honored to have been chosen to work with them to enhance their facilities and enable them to offer even more services to their patients."

Arcturis and Grace Hill are currently finalizing production schedules and budgets for the two projects. "We hope to have the mammography center ready in October, which is national Breast Cancer Awareness Month," she added.
