Aimee Rowbottom has joined HOK's St. Louis interior design group as an associate and project manager.
Most recently, she served as Director of Architecture and Senior Project Leader with Arcturis, where she was project leader for Edward Jones' North and South Campus projects. At HOK, she is contributing to several prominent projects, including the modernization of the Byron G. Rogers Federal Office Building in Denver, Colorado.
"Aimee's strengths in integration and client leadership complement HOK's project approach, and allow our group to continue to grow our client service capabilities for complex projects," stated Michael Nolan, Director of the St. Louis Interior Design Group. "We're excited to welcome her to the team."
Rowbottom's experience includes projects focusing on adaptive reuse and historic preservation, educational (K-12 and Higher Ed) and institutional projects, as well as corporate facilities. Her specific historic preservation and adaptive reuse experience includes the restoration of the Margaret Mitchell House, adaptive reuse of the MLK Laundry building into prime office space, Northyards Business Park, and Forts McPherson and Gillem, all located in Atlanta. Her other corporate clients include CNN and Citicorp.
With a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Kansas, Rowbottom is a registered architect in several states, a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and a LEED® Accredited Professional.
